We want people who contact Juicenever Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Juicenever Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@juicenever.garden and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
